Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ïnnassi. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These conditions apply to all online sales conducted by Ïnnassi, based in Belgium.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, text, product descriptions and creative assets displayed on our website are exclusive property of Ïnnassi. Any reproduction, modification or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Nature & Craftsmanship

Our collection includes both in-stock pieces and handcrafted, custom-made rugs.
Custom-made rugs are created on request, often entirely hand-woven, using natural materials. Slight variations in colour, size, weave or texture are inherent to artisanal production and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed include applicable VAT.
Prices may be updated without prior notice.
In the event of an error in pricing, Ïnnassi reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Ïnnassi reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or incorrect customer information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and production schedules.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative, not guaranteed.
Ïnnassi is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or external factors.

7. Transfer of Risk & Ownership

Ownership transfers to the customer once full payment is received.
Risk transfers upon delivery to the customer or the carrier, depending on shipping method chosen.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Stock Items

For ready-stock items purchased online, consumers have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law and the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage or alteration.

8.2 Custom-Made Items

Custom-made and made-to-order rugs cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded once production begins.

This follows Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, which excludes personalised and custom-produced goods from the right of withdrawal.

9. Damage Claims

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Ïnnassi will assess and determine appropriate compensation or replacement.

10. Warranty

Our products are intended for standard interior use.
Damage due to improper handling, external factors, cleaning chemicals, pets, moisture exposure or wear is not covered.

11. GDPR & Privacy

Customer data is processed according to GDPR and Belgian privacy regulations.
Data is used solely for order processing, communication and service improvement.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.

12. Cookies

By using our site, you agree to cookie usage as described in our Cookie Policy.

13. Force Majeure

Ïnnassi is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruption, war, pandemic or government regulations.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

15. Amendments

Ïnnassi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
